05 - 1 large carrot
06 - 1 yellow bell pepper
07 - 16 pitted black olives

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Slice the cucumber into thin, long strips. Cut the carrot into thin matchsticks. Slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
02 - Place one cracker flat and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on top.
03 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the cream cheese, then add several cucumber strips and a few carrot matchsticks.
04 - Top with another cracker, spread a thin layer of cream cheese, then add a slice of Swiss cheese, several yellow bell pepper strips, and two olive slices.
05 - Continue layering until the stack has 5 crackers, alternating between cheddar and Swiss cheese and assorted vegetables for color and flavor.
06 - Insert a chive stem vertically along the side of the stack to mimic the neck. Place one olive slice on the top as the head and two small carrot pieces as horns (ossicones).
